The Spinner II centrifuge is a highly efficient bypass filtration device. Powered only by engine oil pressure, the centrifuge operates at speeds in excess of 6,000 rpm, generating a force more than 2,000 times greater than gravity. This force slings contaminants smaller than one micron out of your oil and packs them into a dense cake on the wall of the cleanable centrifuge bowl.
Spinner II centrifuges are available in different models to suit the requirements of your application. The Model 96SE cleans up to 120 gallons of oil per hour, the Model 200 HD cleans up to 240 gallons per hour and the Model 600 cleans up to 960 gallons per hour. Spinner II centrifuges may also be combined in parallel to accommodate any capacity.

1) Dirty oil flows through hollow spindle into rotating bowl under normal oil pump pressure.
2) As oil passes through the rotating bowl, centrifugal force separates oil and solid contaminants.
3) Contaminants are deposited as a solid cake on the surface the cleanable bowl.
4) Clean oil exits through opposing, twin nozzles that power the centrifuge in excess of 6,000 rpm.
5) Clean oil returns to the crankcase from the level control base.
Maintaining your Spinner II centrifuge is simple. For details, see
