The Spinner II Model 976 Centrifuge:
Designed to meet the challenges of today's transit industry

The Model 976 is the latest generation of the industry's leading oil-cleaning solution.

Here's how it compares with our previous model, the 76SE.
  • 50% more capacity.
The cleanable bowl ? which stores contaminants removed from your oil ? is 50% larger. That translates into longer service intervals, less maintenance and more in-service time for your buses.
  • 37% more efficiency.
Model 976 centrifuges feature improved flow path dynamics and extended dwell time. The result? A 37% boost in particle-removal efficiency.
    Efficiency features include:
  • Redesigned bowl increases dwell time for greater efficiency in removing fine particles.
  • Biased flow channels in the bowl force oil away from the axis to enhance removal of micron- and submicron-size particles.
  • Re-profiled turbine base reduces drag for maximum centrifugal force.
  • Same compact design.
The Model 976 maintains the same installation envelope as the Model 76SE. Unit height increases only 2/3 inch, while the bolt hole pattern and hose locations remain unchanged.
