Sintered Metal Elements

Stratus DPF technology incorporates unique sintered metal elements comprised of high-alloy, corrosion-resistant metal powders combined with reinforcing base materials. The result is a rugged, durable filter that lasts the life of the engine.

Sintered metal allows filters to be created with defined pore sizes and high porosity. Filtration efficiencies greater than 99% are achieved with extremely low pressure drop.
